KANGAROOS

Kangaroos are hervivores, they eat many different types of plants. They are native from Australia.

A kangaroo is from 1 to 3 metres tall. 

Their legs and feet are stronger and larger than their arms.

They are the only animal that hops to walk.

They are very friendly and live in groups. 

Only female kangaroos have a pouch to carry their babies.

The stick insect is a very small animal. 
It is normally green.
They eat leaves from trees.
Some people have stick insects as pets and take care of them.
They lay eggs.

The guinea pig is a rodent.
It is a pet bigger than the hamster. People keep them in cages.
They eat fruit, vegetables and herbs.
They can run and jump very high. They can also swim.
They can't fly.

BADGER

Badgers are not very big animals. They are nocturnal, they sleep during the day. They live in groups of more badgers.
They have a very good sense of smell. 
They are omnivorous, they eat lots of different foods. Their favourite food is earthworms.
In winter they are not very active but they don't hibernate.
They are normally born in February.

LIZARDS

Lizards are reptiles, they are cold blooded. They are normally green. 

Lizards live in warm countries. They live up to 30 years.
There are about 5000 different types of  lizards around the world.
Lizards eat insects, bugs, grasshopper, plants, vegetables and fruit. They hunt at night and they have very good sight.
